How to make and join clan?

How do you make or join an existing clan in the pre alpha C&C? My ign is Nightshadows if any clans are recruiting or you can message me on line app id Sxyhillbilly2

the fourth tab on the top from the left is the alliance tab, you can create your own or join one there. As to which one to join... that's harder, you're looking for an active clan over all else, you might have to try a few till you find one you like.
