Ok so I’m playing GW2 and I’m trying to get the 54 gnomes and I cannot get the 53 gnome on coliziam it’s like there is a barrier blocking me from getting it

There are two gnomes on that map. One is under the huge rock that everyone uses as a ramp. The second one is beside the water. You will have to jump off the the edge backwards and shoot the activation box. The box can be seen on the credits of this map. Once you respawn go to the low side to get the gnome in the wall. 

If you run a search for gnomes there should be a detailed list available that shows the process.
