How do you sign out of EA Account

I don't have access to the EA Account that Madden 20 automatically signed into when I loaded the game.  How do I sign out of that account and sign into the EA Account I do have access to?  I have tried Account Recovery, they say they can't help me.

I think customer support is still your best option, maybe try a different agent.

No. I luckily was able to regain access to the old email account and then EA customer support helped me from there. Your best bet is going through the email company to get access to the old email again.  EA’s reluctance to allow you to switch emails and gamer tags is unbelievable to work with.
