How do I get my fut founder back?

I swapped over to PS4 for FIFA 19 and 20 I want to get my fut founder back for FIFA 21 is this possible I played enough games on PS4 both years to retain my club

Hi @Tommylee90,

Swapping consoles will remove the FUT Founder tag from your account as you'll be effectively starting over on the new platform, there isn't a way around this one at this time.
