High chair and potty

I tested on my second account, where I have a toddler and her mother is still around. It let me do the actions with the mom, not with the other sims. I asked a friend to test using her game, and it let a sim that was not the parent feed the toddler. Maybe the sim has to be related to the toddler?

@gmartins84 not really. This is a bug. All active Sims, members of the household, should be able to interact with babies, toddlers and children. 

It would be very helpful if you could make  the bug report it.
