I start to bealive that ea is behinde this , i report the player from photo who send the messages and the next 3 days i still receive it , that is the first think, secound they tell to all players who report this that everithing will be okey, you wait a lot of time for such a big problem and you get an answear that your account is not hacked .. you sell your players alone or something like this , i wait for one week an answear , i think this is one of the biggest problem that can be in fifa and they dont have time for something like this. And maybe i will receive too an negative answear, i will try without joke to take a lawyer and take more infos if i wont recove my players or my money . Its something that i cant accept

we are all togheter and we need to make a group or something to show this big issue , find somebody from youtube to show all our cases and to show all how we are treated for such a big issue

Yes they are behind it. You have to be crazy to think you would do this to yourself - which is basically what they told us. See image attached.

@RachelMessi1509I wait for 9 days now one answear in my case... i have -5.800.000 coins .. everytime i chat or call .”the case is to our specialists and we need to wait ...” this is what fifa players receive back for all money that we put in this game ..

I was not offered specialist investigation. I was told that someone in my household had done it  and there was nothing they could do. When I said there was only my son in the house when all his players disappeared they still wouldn't accept it. I am still amazed by their response. They were basically telling me that my 12 year old son sold all his players, gave away all his money and ended up with a single player in his team called 'Hack'. So, when he burst into tears with shock he was pretending????? The whole thing is beyond belief when you think what time and money people invest in the Fifa games. I am very very angry that they will not accept responsibility. I attach the screen shot - again!!!

Tomorow are 14 days, this is the answear wich i received today . I dont know how can be su much disrespect.

I wait for 15 days for help in this case and nobody do something , its unbealiveble how can be so much dissrespect for me and the players wich are in my situation!!!can somebody try and do something? Or hacked accounts are no longer a problem for you ?

17 days , no answear from ea, nothing...

I been hacked and spoke to ea 4 different ppl and they didnt want to help they all said the same thing we carnt help even i had a gd team spend on fifa points
