HELP

Lately when I've tried to build in the sims 4, I can't change the foundation heights. Why? What am I supposed to do? Tried to repair the game, but the tool is still missing. Please help, I don't know what to do..

This has changed because they added the possibility to have different heights on different buildings. Select a room and you will see the up/down arrow in the middle.
