The option should be there to unlock heirlooms under your own discretion...shouldn't have to wait for the 24 hr one n hope n pray you get one u dont currently have

It's your game n those options should be there for each player 

New players are joining everyday n missing put on heirlooms thru past events

We've seen past events come back, so new players also will have the chance to win these heirlooms in the future.

I have to agree for now with you ... meaning that you are right ... 

The past event with the duckies ...they brought back last yrs swimming suits n other objects...with newly added material for sims/home.... 

I missed few months n along with that heirlooms as well ... 

So I hope you remain right in the theory n me as well as others have the chance to catch up on missed items for home n sims
