Got banned for no reason

I was completing the shades of summer challenges and then it says I have been banned on hut for cheating in game when I have never cheated before and have been playing nhl since 2012

After this click the + next to email and make your unban appeal.

Same thing happened to me. Not even the decency of a reply within a week either.

Our Terms of Service team responds to disputes as quickly as they can. Unfortunately, there are a very high number of accounts to investigate so it can take a couple of weeks or more to get a response. Often, you hear back sooner. It just depends on how busy they are. Regardless, they will look into your dispute as soon as they can.
