As far as i can see on the ea help page game servers for all platforms are Online. Do you have issues with Connection to the server or something else? Please don't forget to provide more information about your issue.

If you have problems with joining server is only one explanation, if you are in queue more then 10 and its said LOADING GAME more then 5 min its a bug you need to disconnet and connect again...
[Am not working for EA, If is answer good pls give me XP or accept as solution.]
