'Gold' Speed Rolls

Hello everyone, first question here.

During one of the infographics that appear while game is loading, it says:

'Gold Speed Rolls Guarantee Speed Cards With Three Perks'

Now I am unable to find what or where the 'Gold Speed Roll' is. I can roll speed cards using tokens but I do not find the mentioned 'Gold' speed roll anywhere that will guarantee 3 Perk speed card. Does anyone know about this? Thanks
