Game is flawed

This game is flawed. I just lost over 10 in a row now. I'm playing players of "equal" capability and yet all of their units are higher level and I'm not getting any rewards of any sort to level mine up. Just a constant state of losing over and over no matter the strategy. Fix this please

odds are you have pressed far beyond the levels of your current army. Do not get angry at losing medals, this lowers your matchmaker and will eventually put you where your levels are better suited. Focus on completing your daily bounties, and request the cards you are wanting most from your alliance mates.
