My game does not start. I just bought it, I downloaded it and it just does not start. There is no process in the windows task manager and it has no information in the origin.

It is possible that your antivirus software is causing an issue so temporarily disable that, including Windows Defender if you use that.

If the game is stuck on the same percentage try deleting the Origin client and re-download the latest version here: https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/download
Whenever a download is stuck on a specific percentage or jumping back and forth between numbers, it could be Origin is conflicting with another program like the anti-virus or Windows Firewall. Check to make sure Origin and Madden has been added to your anti-virus exception list.
