Game Progress: Impossible Galactic Campaigns and Fleet Arena

I've been playing Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes on my Android for some time now. I play every day. For months now I've been unable to win a fleet arena battle or a full galactic war campaign. I am unable to accomplish associated achievements. I am getting beat by lower level teams and it seems that when I get remotely close to my goal things just become even more impossible. There's no way the AI in this game plays the way it does. I feel like my game play is getting hacked and that a prize is being dangled in an attempt to get me to spend more money. I have tried various tactics and forums to no avail. Does hard work and loyalty mean nothing?

@DannyJo84 Hey sorry for the late response. There are so many variables involved in this game that it’s hard to say what’s happening. Can you provide your ally code, and maybe the ally codes or images of some opponents you lose to?
