Fut champs crash

So I’ve just played 2 of my fut champs games and one of them it disconnected me from the servers in a game which it was winning, but it hadn’t even disconnected me from the servers, but it counted as a DNF and the game after I was winning in the game and it said it had lost connection and I didn’t get the win for it. I would like to know what is going on?

Hey @miniboo1012 for issues such as this I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
