Fut champions for noobs

Hi EA

i am a big fifa fan and i play a lot

unfornatlly i am not that good but i want the red fut champions rewards

i took me today 3 months to qualify for fut champions

in fifa 20 will there be a easy way for noobs to qualify or red rewards in squad battles?
