Firestorm downed state health increased

In the new firestorm update, the health of soldiers when in the man downed state has been increased from 200 to 300. 
After the update, a player needs to be damaged for 280 health points in downed state to be killed, it's ridiculous.
Please take it back to the original 200.

Another 2 plates worth of health is a little much in my opinion. I usually just stick to solos but I remember being able to crawl for an abnormally long time at 200 health - you shouldn't reward people for getting soft killed
