Fifa 19 pro club

Anyone know what the problem is with pro clubs loading. Me and my mate has had this problem for several days  . We get to the arena and several minutes later  , load us into the game and disconnects straight away???

@CF_Fighter_Matt Hey there, usually when this happens it's resolved by changing the team kit/ball/stadium as it's corrupted on one of the accounts.
