FIFA 21 PS4 BAN!!

over the weekend my son was buying packs I let him get some fifa points he was trying to buy a premier league CB and listed the players for sale then today the console is banned altogether saying he’s been cheating using modding tools or coin trading.. he’s 7 years old for crying out loud!! Both our accounts have been banned for coin trading/cheating when all we have done is sell players we received from buying packs with fifa points what the * Is going on!!! I have spent hundreds of dollars on our teams and broke no rules yet getting the device banned for 45 days is obsurd

Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
Select the product that your account was banned or suspended from.
Choose your platform.
Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
Fill out any additional details.
For example, it might ask you if you are playing the game through an EA Play membership.
Click Select contact option at the bottom of the screen.
Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you haven’t already.
Fill out the attached webform to give us all the details about your ban or suspension.

Suspension/Sanction related inquires are not handled over Answers HQ
