Error when sim go to work (The sims mobile)

I don’t know why when my sim go to work it doesn’t show any work progress. However, I can still interact with objects and earn experience normally. One more weird thing is there is any bubble above the objects. Can anybody explain to me what is happening please. Thank you for reading my question.

Could you share a screenshot of the bubble?

I've had this issue when I had a bad connection with the internet. But the progress still adds up and eventually the task will get done. Could you wait and see if this is also the case for you?
