Just from some quick looking here's what I got:

Of those, I have 1 dresser, 1 beds, the alarm clock and 2 different kinds of mirrors, lamps, and nightstands. My energy right now is 20 but I've seen some people say upwards of 23? And for the bathroom items...

The Ultra-Spramp toilet also gives +1, just doesn’t say it. 

Energy Maximums: 

Bed +23⚡️

Bath +20⚡️

Shower +13⚡️

Toilet +6⚡️

(I’ve been wrong before, if anyone is able to get higher than this let me know.)

That's where mine are capped. Wish I could get more energy!

Keep in mind that you only need one item from each category to max out.  That is one for your whole house.  For example, you only need one lamp and all of the beds in your house will get the bonus. All of the items of the same type give the same bonus.

The current maximum for energy is:

Bed +23

Toilet/WC +6

Shower +13

Bathtub +20

I clicked that link and then checked mine and I have one of each of all of those so idk why I don't have 23 because I should..???

Hmmm. You’re at 21? So you’re missing a +2 item. Make sure nothing is blocked or broken maybe? What double bed do you have out?
