EA account problem

Hello,

does anybody have the same problem as me. I am playing FIFA 21 on my PS4 and when I try to connect into server with R3 button, there is some privacy policy etc. I press next and then the game want to know my email address. I put my email address with which I connect to EA account but when I try to pull next I cannot do anything else - it says this is your email address across all EA games and websites. But I cannot pull next because everytime I press X it goes back to email address. It happens on FIFA 20 as well. I tried several different EA accounts, but it didn't help.

-Customise
-Online Settings
-EA Account, User Agreement & Privacy And Cookie Policy

Check your details are correct. On a computer go to origin.com/profile and update info there too.

@SumFiiin I have same issue on nintendo switch. but on switch you cannot check privacy policy without entering this option.
