Dynamic images for Smaller League TOTS

Hello, based on the past two weeks, I haven't seen any dynamic images for the smaller league TOTS. I wish this changes and dynamic images are implemented on the smaller league TOTS especially with the Eredivisie TOTS coming out soon. Many people would love to have a De Ligt or Lozano card that actually has a dynamic image on. If EA don't have time to create dynamic images for all the TOTS, then is there a possibility that I can create some of the dynamic images and send them via e-mail?
