If something is called a "Trip Mine" that kinda means someone is supposed to trip over it. Answer me this, why in the world do so, so many players as Specialists instead of putting them onto walkways, doorways, pathways, any place someone can walk through and trip over the wire or laser. Hence the name.....Trip Mine.
Here's the problem, why do so many players as Specialist use the "Trip Mine" wrong? They throw it on the ground and the beam goes straight up in the air letting everyone know there's a trip mine here. Of course, I've seen a few dumb people who would go up to the misplaced "Trip Mine" and shoot it and blow themselves up. Stupid is as stupid does.
Misplacing the "Trip Mine" happens a lot. I've seen it in GA, Blast, Strike.....it's like there should be instructions or a manual on the "Star Card" for it. This is how you use Trip Mine.

Hello @Rynigin
Indeed, there are so many tripmines being misplaced, but this isn't entirely the fault of a 'dumb' specialist. I've been playing specialist a lot and the tripmine seems to be a great tool to defend an area (especially in smaller game modes). But the game sometimes makes it hard to place them properly.
This is what I mean with these points:
Don't be too harsh on the specialist, it can be considered an ART to place them correctly on the first try. (why can't I pick them up again as the officer can pick up a misplaced turrets?)
