Hi! In russian social network VK.com we open new community of Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes, and now we collect and prepare some feedback material =)
And first question from me:
After purchasing 10 packs by 3100 crystals (31000 crystals spent), I have got from 10 guaranty heroes only 3 unique characters and all (really all) others is dupe characters.
So I got a lot of shards for old heroes (that are generally not enough for upgrade character from next star tier) and does not get any new.
Its greatly lowered my mood.
So question is - can we get some guaranty (as like HoDA players) for non-dupe characters in some packs?
Or can we get equal quantity of shards, that will be enough for upgrade to next tier?
