I am playing on Fifa 18 on my Xbox one and I am in ultimate team, I have enough coins and I am trying to play a draft but it keeps coming up with “your account does not have the required privilege to access this feature, select yes if you would like to access this feature” what should I do

Do you have an up to date Xbox live subscription, is you account set to adult or do you have any communications bans from MS?
