Yesterday, I purchased 1050 fifa pointa. When I tried to load up the game they had not been put into my account. There were some issues with the store so I decided to wait a little. After a while the store seemed to be working fine but the points had not been put into my account. I contacted EA and they said to wait 24 hours and contact them again if not. When I try to, the EA Support chat option does not appear so I am clueless. If anyone could help me that would be appreciated thanks.

I still have not got my points and I bought them from the PlayStation Store

Yeah I just spoke to EA they said that there has been a problem for a lot of people and that they are working with Sony to resolve it

Fifa points haven't been delivered and its been 40 hours
We deserve a compensation
