Does anyone know why Fifa points are not being delivered to my account?

Yesterday, I purchased 1050 fifa pointa. When I tried to load up the game they had not been put into my account. There were some issues with the store so I decided to wait a little. After a while the store seemed to be working fine but the points had not been put into my account. I contacted EA and they said to wait 24 hours and contact them again if not. When I try to, the EA Support chat option does not appear so I am clueless. If anyone could help me that would be appreciated thanks.

i just bought the game was suppose to get 3000 fifa points yet they are not there...

I still have not got my points and I bought them from the PlayStation Store

i got them 24 hours later... but i got them

i bought the game in the ps store

Yeah I just spoke to EA they said that there has been a problem for a lot of people and that they are working with Sony to resolve it

Fifa points haven't been delivered and its been 40 hours

My 14 yo son purchased 2200 Fifa points yesterday afternoon and it’s not registered them on the game I’ve tried to contact EA help on Twitter, Facebook and messenger all to no avail, have your advisers been told to ignore everyone that contacts them, I have one very upset lad, what other options do I have then?
