Do the devs even play this game? Does EA even have testers?

I'm just curious about this because there is a lot of clear bugs and balancing issues with this game it's not polished at all.

Plus I'm wondering if they find this game fun especially with this crappy progression system cuz I'm really not having fun with this game anymore it feels like a chore to play now.
