Didnt recive OtW pack

I think it was on 27th we were supposed to get the pack but i have no pack on my account.

If you don't receive a content, an item or money on your game, only EA Assistance can help you. Try to contact them by mail, phone ,chat.... but unfortunately we can not do much more on this community forum.

But lot of people have this problem it's maybe a bug who will be fix in future update. If the Advisor of EA say the pack come later wait one week and recontact them if you receive nothing.
