Did not get the 1 year anniversary dog tag

I did not get the Battlefest Revolution Dog Tag aswel.

I contacted the live support and thy told me a team was looking into it and i should get my dog tag soon.

For those with greyed out chat boxes while attempting to contact EA Help, I too have had this happen while using Chrome. The issue has since fixed itself but I know a sure fire way to make it work (at least for me) is to use Internet Explorer.

I just tried it with Microsoft Edge and that browser has a grayed out contact button.

I have the same issue. I haven't received the "Year 1 Anniversary" dog tag yet. The customer support could not help me and told me to post the issue on these forums instead.

The anniversary dog tag is gunna roll out in the November update

OK, I got in touch with EA over the phone and they told me that the 1 Year Anniversary dog tag is not available - they couldn't find it. I was able to get my other dog tags through them though. We'll probably have to wait for it.

No worries, the 1 Year Battlefield1 Dog Tag isn't rolled out yet.

A DICE Dev. confirmed on twitter a few days ago that it should come with the next Update!

I logged on today 11/8 and the birthday cake dogtag was there.
