Did not get my Veterans dogtag in battlefield 5

I own and played battlefield since 1942 on the pc never changed my ea account played all the games but then i bought bf 5 for the ps4 and dont have the veterans dogtag however i do have it on the origin access version on pc , can anyone give me some insight on the topic and how the veterans dogtag reward works

I purchased bf 1 today because it was on sale on the ps4, all the other bf games i have are origin access on the pc however i did get the veterans dogtag on the pc , just not the ps4 i was wondering if theres a way to port my stats and rewards but i doubt it , so now im wondering what the requirements are for that dog tag

Only items obtained via a code like AHQ and DF will transfer between systems, everything else needs to be awarded again. Unless you buy a 2nd BF game on PS4 you won't receive veteran status
