Created players in Franchise mode??

Can EA make it to where we can use our created player(s) in the franchise mode or at least try and draft them if possible

I wanna use the same player created in the story mode or let me use my skin i scanned my face. And then lastly it would be awesome if i could tranfer it to 19 that would be dope af
