Crafting unused gear [ Edited ]

Is there (will there be) some way of crafting gear that I cannot equip at the moment? (Or also see all the gear pieces I have in a usable overview? Scavenger is not really well arranged.)

Like I have enough parts to fully craft a MK 12 cybernetics, but no character which needs/has it at the moment. Is there a way to craft it (to be able to sell it in scavenger)?
