Conquest Pass Question (No, it's not about duration)

Hello; so, if I were to buy a the 10 dollar conquest pass right now, would it retroactively give me all the rewards I would've already gotten if I had gotten the conquest pass from the beginning? Hope that makes sense.

Hoping to have this answered by somebody before I go to the store and get a Google Play pass tomorrow, as I'd really rather buy a different pack/item in-game if the Conquest Pass doesn't backdate on the items you get.

It is understood what I mean by that, right? I'm asking whether or not you will get the top half item (the conquest pass item) for items you've already gotten the bottom half (free version) for, or if it only applies from that point forward, and I would only get conquest pass items for items tiers I haven't gotten to yet.

Well, too late now. I guess a potential $10 isn't worth anybody's time xD
