Hi,
I came online today to find my account has either been banned or suspended, however my email offers no more help on how to correct this issue.
Am I able to rename my club as this is my first offence with EA?
I have spent so much time on this game and don’t want to lose it over a misunderstanding.
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

As with all bans you will need to contact the ToS team and they will look into your case.
To contact the ToS Team use the following link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
Select Origin>Choose Platform>Manage Account >Banned or Suspended account and then select an available contact option
It may take some time to get a response as they have many cases to deal with so please be patient.
