★★ Guide

@Boolerex

Let's just hope that this don't glitch again.

The health upgrade is now 25 only, because 10 is almost useless and 50 for certain characters is a lot.

All the classes is because I tested, compared and had a opinion

Sunflowers needs a small nerf is because they are a bit strong to the Scientists. Maybe because those stupid bots have no idea how powerful they are at short distance. But let's keep that.

Rose is because she is weak compared to any playable class in the game. Not even against the Imp she could win. And loook, she can penetrate the Z-Mech armor right now. I was thinking on nerf 3 damage, but my friend says "all she needs is 5 damage buff and nothing else!". I think she is suposed to take the zombie from very far away with Homing Thistles (but not strong to make zombies suffer again. lol). But if Rose damage gets nerfed by 3 or more, he will never forgive me. And homing thistles with 8 damage is not a big deal I guess.

Engineer BBB is because his damage is high compared to Pea Gatling ability. And 2-4 is not too much... is it?

Pylon Imp because in the PvZ series, cones represents more health/resistance and not less health/resistance and more damage. I just want to make him follow the PvZ logic. Why? BECAUSE THIS IS FREAKIN PVZ!!! lol    And also, 5 damage nerf could make him a bit balanced. Will this make a confusion? Maybe.

The Captain Sharkbite, from what you've told me, made me change my mind

Cactus is because she is weak compared to the Pirates, so Buff the (actual) worst cactus! 25 damage is really too much, so increase only 10-15 instead. And I said increase magazine BY 5. Not TO 5. XD. So increase her the magazine capacity to have a total of 10. And before you ask, yes. I am referring Cactus as a she.

The Unicorn Chomper is because he is hard to unlock, the only difference from him and the regular Chomper is the Rainbow Dash/Rainbow Warp/whatever it is called and because his unlocking method is connected to GW1. And in GW1, Chompers could penetrate armor, so allows Unicorn Chomper to penetrate armor

And for the "Armor penetration" is to penetrate the spawnable zombies/weeds shields and armors (Coffin, Outhouse, Vase, Screen Door, Leaf shield...) It can also penetrate the barrel. In the case of the Z-Mech, it could also make sense, but when there is a Z-Mech on the map, the plants start shooting like crazy on the robot, making this tatic a bit overpowered with Mob Cob and Camo Cactus. And for the Peel Shild, this will not work, because the ability will become USELESS!

And I have no idea about what to do to Legendary characters, because I don't have them. Party Rose is on this post because I thought she is a regular Rose with a vanquishing bar. But I'm not sure.

As it stand right now, hp upgrade is a near-mandatory pick for 75 hp class , decent for 100 hp class, situational for 125-150 hp class and useless for anything higher. Which is why I think hp upgrade should be a 10% increase. a flat +25 hp would be way too good for imp.

Bot are bot, Imp bot is by far the worst bot because he don't know how to call Z-mech and make no attempt at dodging stuff. despite being one of the best zombie right now. Scientist bot got the same problem too,as he make no attempt to get in close range then in the offensive. Plz don't use AI match as a argument.

A rose can easily win against a imp expect if she get gravity grenade'd. Which is more a problem with gravity grenade being too strong then anything. Time snare and goatify make a imp very vulnerable,while arcane enigma is a good options to start or end a fight against him. And of course homing shot. And that not the only thing rose can deal with alone.

Her projectile don't have homing at long range and are slow as hell. it clearly not meant to be used at long range even with the lack of damage dropoff.idk what you thought here.

The last thing she need is a damage nerf,even with a fire rate buff,considering rose didn't have a great DPS at the first place.

Engi BBB shot slightly slower compared to Pea Gatling,so they kinda end up having the same DPS. a 2-4 damage nerf is still quite alots as it got a fast fire rate,I could get a -1 damage nerf across the board due to the other avantage BBB have over pea gatling, but a bigger nerf then that would be a tad too much.

Plz plz. pylon imp gimmick is to have bunch of splash damage right now,let's not unnecessary add more hp because of a pylon hat hue.

A magazine size of 10 would be a bit too much again here. But I could get the reload speed.

Heh it kinda a unnecessary buff again.

So armor penetration = something to counter barrel...That kinda nothing hue.

Re: Characters balancing features

@Boolerex

The bot part is only to study the character. But now that you told me, Sunflower is fine right now. And she is the only character that I wanted to nerf because in bots war, Sunflower won twice. The rest is because I played and I really know of what they need. I promise you that I will not change a character only because he sucks as a bot.

I tested (not with bots) Rose vs Imp, and Imps have better surviving chances. All they need is a gravity grenade and their gun. Rose can goatfy? Just normaly run. Rose have Time snare? I still can shoot (Gravity grenade also can shoot, but it is better). Arcane Enigma? Just wait until she is over. And also, she is weak compared to her zombie version, Engineer, with the BBB and Sonic Grenades. Remember that sonic grenades fully paralise you. But in case Popcap abuse with the homing buff, I guess the damage can be better with -2.

Big Bolt Blaster is really strong compared to Pea Gatling. The firing speed is the same, the ammo is the same, but BBB has massive damage compared to PG.

Pylon Imp is (like I said) because Cones in PvZ logic is more resistance. And will this make sense? A PvZ game without the PvZ logic? He don't need any buffs or nerfs, I just want to see how people react to this opinion.

Camo Cactus, is... well... you at least agree with me. but popcap can chose. 10 ammo or faster reaload.

Unicorn Chomper: as I already said, connection with GW1, GW1 Chomper penetrate armor and the teleport is the only difference. This buff is kinda optional to people who aren't satisfied with the teleport and aren't used to a Chomper without armor penetration.

"So armor penetration = something to counter barrel...That kinda nothing hue." AND to kill those irritating armored zombies and weeds easier. Nothing else.

So... I just tested Pea Gatling and Big Bolt Blaster and they deal the exact same damage. So I removed BBB nerf. :D
