Challenge match rules?

I was told I didn't get challenge games because my levels were over 4 levels different from the cap. So I've now spent all my time cloning my highest ranking units to have a deck of all 11.

But I don't get challenge matches. Why?

Don‘t you have to be within 4 levels of the cap? So that means either 15, 14, 13 or 12.

Getting a challenge match in tib league is kinda difficult.

No I got my answer on discord now, my levels are OK but the opponent also needs to be within 1.5 of the level cap. I didn't know that, so yeah getting challenge matches is really rare.
