Cant play Bf1 when i bought the origin acces

I bought the origin access and i downloaded Battlefield 1 and i press play and then i get a message from origin that i haven't unlocked the game. Is this a common bug?

This happens to all of the games i try to play with the origin acces pass. Anyone who is experiencing that to?

I had this problem on my cousin's computer. He coudn't play his access pass's games on his own computer, but if we try to login with his origin's credentials on my computer everything was ok. Then there was also this another strange thing on his computer... he couldn't login or install any Windows App. from Windows store!?

@erlendm213 Can you try these two steps(bellow) only to determine if you have same/similar problem like my cousin had:

1) Try to login with your Origins credentials on some another computer (parent's, brother's, friend's)?

(If you can't find any another computer, you can contact EA support and ask them to test your accout on another computer.)

2) If you have Win8 or Win10... please try to login to Windows store and download any WinApp!?

In short: You need to determine if it is your Origin account's problem or your Computer problem only!
