Cant ask NPC to move in

So recenlty my sim got married to a NPC in the sims mobile. I really wanted her to move in, but i already had two slots full with sims, so i moved one of my sims out with my other account, but i still can't control the NPC? she lives in my house, but i can't control her, so she's pretty much useless. Any help??

Hi @micmac200424! Hmm...that's weird, you should have the option to promote your household NPCs when you have an empty slot available. Have you tried clicking the + symbol on a sim slot in order to add a playable sim? If you can't then this is most likely a bug and best to write a report on it. Btw, is she an elder?
