Cannot propagate in the campaign [ Edited ]

I want to talk about something you don't mention above: Get Out Mission Glitch
How accessible is the current experience? I can use parts of it
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. I am on a part of the mission where I have just flooded the empire's factory with lava. I am suppose to exit the factory. When I find that one of the bridge is destroyed I am suppose to use the at-at to jump across. Well every time I try I am unable to jump on the AT-AT AND die.
How is this making it more difficult? It's making hard bc I can't continue the mission.
How can we reproduce this experience? I am unsure.

I would like this patches up. A smooth ganeoley would be nice.

Hey @cailey109 

I admit it's quite a tricky jump, but currently we're not tracking any issues with this part of the level. I just played through it myself and was able to make that jump.

Maybe if you could provide a video of you trying to do it, we would be able to tell if it's indeed a bug in your game?
