Hello. If I have a PC, and my friend has a PS4, can we play together on the network? If yes, how many copies of the game do we need?

It is one of my favorite Game, it is an upcoming PC games 2018, Best PS2 Games.

Hey @ReD_TiGeRiNo, as @CMeki stated it is not possible to play cross-platform. You will only be able to play with friends who are on the same platform as you are.
