Can we get a refund for SW:BF2 please?

I want my money back. 

Seriously, this is one of the few times I've pre-ordered a game. And I completely regret it. 

The campaign is fun, but aside from that, the game is just awful for a casual player. I don't have hours to grind up my characters, heroes, starships and guns.Also, playing just isn't fun. I get massacred by somebody with premium cards within a few seconds, don't get battle points so I never get to use a hero. It's the opposite of fun. 

I don't think these problems are fixable. Please, just give us our money back.

You can contact ea help and chat with them about it. If you're lucky you should get a friendly advisor that would refund you the money no matter the hours you've spend in the game.

That is not going to happen. Only if you meet the requirements here: https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/store/great-game-guarantee-terms and are eligible can you get the refund. Friendly advisors are nice indeed but they need to respect internal policies so please keep that in mind.
