Can’t purchase EA access on PS4

i’ve tried to purchase ea access on my ps4, but everytime i try it says “this operation cannot be done on this account” what does this mean?

@theisxxctxn24 This happened to me, so I purchased EA access on my primary account. And it doesn’t effect my secondary (the account I’m using). Tbh, I though it would work.

Have u managed to find a solution to this? I wanna get EA access for FIFA 21 and it’s coming out in a few days.
