Can't open packs on nintendo switch

I bought fifa 20 on nintendo switch yesterday and completed several of the manager tasks to get some packs. It shows a 7 with a red dot around it but when i click on the store button it doesn't show my packs. Help please

I did speak to to one of ur assistants no help at all and vey rude I even screen shot pics of the conversation said that I have opened the packs and I was lying
