Can't move wife in??

I have 2 created Sims and it says my house is full. How do I move my wife in? Also, I've proposed 4 timetimes and married once, but she's now not my wife or fiancee anymore...

There is a bug on the relationships not sticking:

To move someone else in you need to buy the 3th slot.
