Can’t join EASHL games with friends

Anyone else have the issue they can’t get into games when searching with with friends?

I can’t play a game with my nhl23 club in eashl. The other two members can play by themselves but if I try to play either with both of them or one of them we can never get into a game. I want a full refund for this game.
