Can't have a baby?

@PaQuilter1 No, I'm using the futon. I cleared everything but the wall decor and put the bed in the middle of the room. They still woo hoo just fine. But nothing else seems to change.

My quests are still showing as "3," but only 2 quests show up: buy an outfit and complete a hobby.

@VintageStarlette It's not a Quest. You tap on the bassinet and chose who you want to have a baby with.

THANK YOU, @PaQuilter1!!! I selected Clara then tapped the bassinet, and Voilá! I guess what worked was clearing the room, selecting Clara, and THEN tapping.
