Summarize your bug I have 99 Ed Reed with 97 Hitpower and still cannot get Enforcer on him.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know to be honest.
What happens when the bug occurs? Enforcer icon is dark and cannot equip it.
What do you expect to see? Enforcer icon is dark and cannot equip it.

@KINGBRUH4884 He can't get Enforcer because his hit power isn't base 95. Upgrades won't affect the minimum requirements for those abilities.

When I add RS and Brawler Chemistry his Hit Power goes to 97, but still cannot add enforcer.  Overall is now 99.

@EA_Blueberry Why does the requirement state 95 hit power has to be achieved but once the minimum requirement is achieved, enforcer still cannot be equipped, I understand that the code in the program is for 95 base hitpower for his given archetype to be allowed to equip enforcer but if the mininum requirement is met, which is stated to be "achieve 95 hit power" and the fellow aboves ed Reed and my earl Thomas, have both reached said requirements through chemistries, the rating should meet a if statement to allow the ability to be used

Why does he need 95 hit power while other cards only need 90?

Summarize your bug I have the 96 Anthony Harris FA card and I am trying to use enforcer on him. He has 94 hit power base but with the run stuff chemistry I got him to a 95 hit power but it still wont let me use enforcer.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? N/A
What happens when the bug occurs? Enforcer stays greyed out
What do you expect to see? The ability to select enforcer
