For example basic infantry are the best thing to counter cyborg reapers which funnily enough reapers in tiberian sun used a net to disable infantry... but anyway. I replaced infantry with Jumpjet troopers and without basic infantry reaper destroy all other anti infantry units. jeeps, helicopters, wolverines all die to reapers.
