Can I play A Way Out locally if I have two controllers?

I'm looking to buy the game for my sister and her husband who are coming over, i'd love to see them play over it but I only have my own gaming PC. They don't own any devices that will run the game.

@aimbotdanny;  Not sure, (since I've never played "locally") but IIRC you can play two-on-one machine: one will use a controller and the other uses the kb+m.
